Concepts & Solutions Marketing Pvt Ltd has conceptualized, planned and executed the influencer activity and mall activation of the all newly launch Swatch POP: A watch that POPS! The collection has 9 Watches to let your imagination run wild along with the pop accessories- out of the box, a POP can become a watch, a desk clock, a pocket watch, a necklace or even a wall clock. The influencer activity was executed at The St. Regis Hotel, Kurla, and the mall activation was executed at Palladium Mall, Kurla with space size of 25×25 feet and excellent response of the audience for 2 days during the duration of the activation.
Team C&S had executed and managed this show in guidance of Ankit Arora (CEO) and Gurmeet Singh (National Head), and was responsible for end to end execution, beginning with the communication campaign, event conceptualization, conference content, setup design, event show flow, screening of all the start-up to set-up their respective event. The planning phase was around 1 months long. This included making the initial pitch, producing all content and managing pre-event communication, planning the setup design and event layout, appreciated by Swatch HQ.
The event was supported by a powerful hashtag campaign: #PopItUp #SwatchIndia, that saw India’s leading professionals and most well-known entrepreneurs share their experiences at the extremely well-planned event. Talking about the launch of the new POP Swatch Collection by Mr.Gaurav Suri (Brand Manager) & Ms. Anushree Bose (Marketing Manager) Swatch, they have also created an immediate impact during the impressive demos of the Watch that POPs!, through a unique Influencer activity & mall activation.
